Receive a Return Label
Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. If you choose to use your own courier, please notify our team beforehand.
Package & Ship the Item
Pack your items securely, affix the label, and drop off the package at a designated courier facility (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
Confirmation & Refund
You will receive an email confirmation once we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
A flat return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from refunds issued to the original payment method.
Returns for store credit are free of charge.
If you opt for an exchange or replacement due to a product defect, we will cover all return shipping fees.
Once the returned item is received and passes inspection:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
If the return is incomplete or shows signs of wear/use, we may reduce or reject the refund.
Store credit will be issued via a digital gift card if selected during the return process.

For orders shipped outside of the US:
Return shipping costs and any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable courier for international returns.
These fees are collected by your local government or shipping providers and are non-refundable through www.trendavenues.shop.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
We will either issue a full refund, send a replacement, or provide store credit, depending on availability and your preference.
All returns of defective or incorrect items are covered at no cost to the customer.
If you received a product as a gift:
You may return it for store credit only.

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
